F&B Transfer All Checks function writes to Sale Audit Log report

The Transfer All Checks function of the CPS’s F&B module now writes to the Sale Audit Log report in the 3.98 release.

To run the Sale Audit Log report with the Transfer All Checks

After checks have been transferred, you can do the following to see it reported:

 

  1. Go to Sales.

  2. Select the Sale Lookup button in the right-top corner of the screen. The Sales Look up screen displays.

  3. To find a transferred sale, select the Search from Sales Number radio button in the top-left of the screen and enter the sales number.

  4. Select OK. The Sales Lookup screen displays the sale.

  5. At the bottom of the screen, select the Sale Audi Log button. If the sale has an audit log, a dialog box displays to navigate and save the audit as a text file.

  6. Navigate to the desired directory on your local computer drive, name the file,  and select Save.

  7. Using a Windows Explorer window, navigate to the directory where you saved the audit log file and open it. The log shows the transfer from one user to another and the terminal on which it was transferred.

  8. Select Exit to close the Sales Lookup screen. The Sales screen re-appears.
